Mixed-use

Our mixed-use projects draw on our unique cultural insights, derived from a global studio network, and our view of emerging trends and developments in urbanisation. These include shifts in working and living patterns, the vertical mix of space and use, and the innovation of technology and data in the curation of place. By monitoring change, we better understand connectivity and community, both micro and macro, in the built environment.
