Home to a world-class brewery for over 160 years, this famous landmark area is being transformed into a new urban district on the outskirts of downtown Copenhagen. The vast mixed-use development is composed of both repurposed historical buildings and new construction.
In collaboration with a Danish retail leasing and consulting firm, we developed a detailed retail masterplan and commercial merchandising strategy. The retail program establishes a hierarchy of high street commercial arteries and intimate pedestrian alleys, meshed with social hubs and activation opportunities for diverse uses and audiences.
Completion due in 2024.
