Benoy won the design competition to deliver this mixed-use science and innovation centre equipped with first-class research facilities. The scheme needed to cater to artificial intelligence (AI) development, identified as one of the top priorities in China, as well as challenge the current urban frameworks of the sector.
Benoy’s design has put the AI Park at the heart of the scheme and integrated this with research and commercial facilities including Grade‑A office towers, corporate headquarters, retail, an intelligent R&D building and serviced apartments. The concept ensures each function is seamlessly connected to bring together the different user groups in a collaborative environment.
