Challenge

How to optimize the retail footprint and street front presence of an established upscale shopping center, to then create leasable spaces that could allow the property to attract new, sought after tenants in a very competitive market.

Solution

Our concept developments and designs provide exciting opportunities for ground-level and upper-level retail tenants. In particular, we focused on optimising sightlines into and throughout the property, enhancing visibility and sense of space.

Result

We worked with the client and architecture teams to identify key locations with high visual potential. Our aim was to provide tenants with great opportunities for signage and expression, while respecting the newly established architecture. Site analysis of pedestrian and vehicular flow within the public realm also enabled us to create social spaces within a commercially animated setting.
