Challenge

Woking is a heavily populated town and a major hub for London’s commuters. Catering to an expanding community, our client wanted to create a modern residential offering in the centre. Victoria Square will be a key part of the wider Town Centre Masterplan, providing new retail, residential, hotel and public spaces.

Solution

Sitting above a retail podium will be three new towers; two residential towers will provide 392 one, two and three bedrooms apartments, while the third tower will include a new 190 room international 4‑Star hotel. At the centre of the development will be a new public square, Victoria Square, providing a major hub contributing to Woking Town Centre’s phased redevelopment.
