Our People

Xianbin Ni holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Southeast University and a Master of Architecture from Cornell University. He is a National Class 1 Registered Architect and a LEED Accredited Professional. He studied and worked in the United States before returning to China, and joined Benoy in 2017. His work focuses on urban renewal in central city locations: the renovation and repositioning of existing commercial buildings, large mixed-use complexes and urban design at district scale. Projects he has led have been recognised at WAF, WAN and MIPIM. Much of his recent work has been on the technical side of design delivery, including the adoption of new materials and methods, and the systems the studio uses to hold design intent from concept through to completion.
