As Design Director in our Dubai office, Neil’s expertise lies in crafting visionary mixed-use, district-scale masterplans that span a wide range of sectors, from retail and hospitality to residential and commercial. His extensive knowledge of the entire design process, from the conceptual design of a development through to its construction, gives him a broad understanding of the industry. A future-focused designer, he oversees all Benoy projects in the Middle East and Europe. With comprehensive experience in architecture, urban planning and placemaking, he prioritises sustainable, evidence-based solutions and a sound business rationale for mixed-use developments, putting people and experience at the heart of design.
