We were tasked with delivering a residential scheme that showcased sophistication, luxury and comfort. The space had to balance the calm of the surrounding sea views and greenery to create refined living where design and nature intertwine.
Situated on the coastline for Dubai Maritime City, the unique location merges the dynamic energy of the city with the tranquillity of coastal living. The 36-storey towers offers a selection of one, two and three bedroom apartments, duplexes, maisonettes and a penthouse. The concept was centred around ‘living in paradise’. We took inspiration from nature, incorporating biophilia to create a seamless transition from outside to inside and conveying a sense of timelessness. The apartments are meticulously crafted to create a balance of modern luxury and comfort. Full height glazing maximises light and amplifies the open plan living spaces, and terraces offer privacy and relaxation to enjoy the spectacular views. The exceptional amenities boast refined luxury, with well-being facilities including an infinity pool, outdoor yoga spaces, fitness studios and sky terrace with plunge pool.
