Challenge

A new a new live-work experience in the heart of Kazakhstan’s largest city.

Solution

Our vision for the site includes 23,00 sqm of class A+ Office Space alongside a 3,100 sqm Conference Centre. Visitors to the park have access to private terraces and extensive facilities including a gym, restaurants and bars, and a rooftop golf centre. In a first for Almaty, the site will also include an underground retail offering with 4900 sqm of prime retail space.

The design includes a dramatic central plaza with radial branches that connect to elegant glass stairwells. The development is targeting BREEAM credentials with an extensive soft landscaping design and a strong emphasis on health and wellbeing as well as low-embodied and operational carbon targets and sustainable water management systems.
