Benoy project Solitaire shortlisted for RLI MENA ​‘Most Anticipated Opening 2024’ award

Benoy is delighted to announce that our project Solitaire has been shortlisted for the Retail & Leisure International MENA Most Anticipated Opening 2024 award.
Benoy is delivering masterplanning, architecture, landscape design and interior design for the 65000 sqm GLA Riyadh scheme, which marks our largest on-site project in the Middle East region. The project sees us breaking down the traditional form of a shopping mall and reinventing it as partially open-air retail streets, plazas and boutique streets alongside an elevated roof garden. Our sustainable design strategy includes a series of wind towers aiming to create a comfortable outdoor environment by using passive cooling technology. The project is due to open later this year.
