The three winning projects, recognized by the Asia Pacific Awards 2022 – 2023 for their excellence in the mixed-use, redevelopment, and commercial renovation categories, are:
- David Jones Elizabeth Street Flagship Store – Award Winner, Commercial Renovation / Redevelopment for Australia
- Alibaba Central China Headquarters and Industrial Complex – Award Winner, Mixed Use Architecture for Hubei Province, China
- Hanoi Mall – Award Winner, Mixed Use Architecture for Vietnam
