Benoy project Mangoohub was shortlisted by MIPIM Asia Awards 2022 in the “Best Office Development” category.
Now in their sixteenth year, the MIPIM Asia Awards programme recognises the best of the best in the real estate industry, honouring the most outstanding and innovative projects in Asia-Pacific. The winning projects will be announced at the awards ceremony on 7 December 2022 at the Grant Hyatt, Hong Kong.
Since its opening in January 2022, Mangoohub has become a new landmark of urban culture in Shanghai West Bund. At over 79,000 m², the Mangoohub consists of 5 Grade A office towers, retail, cultural spaces, and a media plaza. Benoy has provided the overall design for Mangoohub and created a multi-experience complex that combines interspersed and overlapping office towers with refined commercial dimensions.
To date, Mangoohub has received multiple awards, including the latest Shanghai Magnolia Award, Shanghai Major Construction Project, Shanghai Well-organised Construction Site, Shanghai Star Construction Site, LEED Gold Award, Hunan Broadcasting System Best Project Award, 2‑star Green Building and G1 Carbon Neutral, etc.
