Upcoming Benoy Futures event — The Economics of Social Value
Following the success of Benoy’s first Futures roundtable discussion event, ‘The Gender-Positive City,’ Benoy will be running a second event early next month, this time in partnership with their sister business Pragma Consulting.
For this event, Benoy will be inviting a select group of leaders and thinkers from the built environment to discuss the progress made by the real estate sector on improving social value. They will reflect on whether social value can be commercially viable, even profitable. They will also explore how far we are accurately measuring the impact that properties have on local communities and society as a whole.
The event will be chaired by Robert Bentley, Benoy Director and current project leader for Benoy’s Woking Victoria Square project; and Sam Fox, Associate Director at Pragma and specialist in commercial consultancy for retail and town centre developments.
The event will be taking place at 1830 on Thursday November 4th in Benoy’s London studio. For more information or if you’d like to join us, contact marketing@benoy.com
