Solution

Toronto Pearson is Canada’s busiest airport and a principal international gateway for the country. Benoy’s Commercial Strategy & Advisory team provided commercial strategy, commercial space planning and revenue forecasting to support the development of the commercial offer across its terminals.

Directing the commercial masterplan

Our strategic analysis informed an airport-wide commercial masterplan, used to direct and evaluate potential layout plans for different areas of the terminals. The work positioned the commercial offer in the strongest locations, taking account of passenger segments and the way different travellers move through the airport, so that the offer aligned with demand at each point in the journey.

A gateway at significant scale

More than 46 million passengers travelled through Toronto Pearson in 2024, a measure of its standing as Canada’s largest airport and one of the busiest in North America.
