The mixed-use Tianjin Luneng CC Plaza sits in a prominent location nearby two of Tianjin’s most famous tourist destinations, the Tianjin Water Park and Tian Ta Lake. Benoy’s brief was to create a retail experience within the development, one which would become a new hub for shopping and recreation in this well-known district.
Benoy introduced a ‘City park’ concept to the design of the six-storey mall which sits at the heart of the scheme uniting a high-end hotel, boutique shopping street, five residential towers and a Grade A office tower. The interiors reflect their surroundings, brought to life through a thematic approach with the use of natural materials, wood detailing and decorative planting.
With its prime location and unique design, Tianjin Luneng CC Plaza Shopping Mall has created a strong brand appeal, attracting over 30 new-to-market brands to the city alongside more than 200 stores; created a new destination to appeal to both the local community and visitors to this popular tourism hot spot.
