A mixed-use development responding to Ahmedabad’s tradition of exposed concrete craftsmanship
Paarijat Éclat and Privilon Towers is a mixed-use development on Ambli BRT Road in Ahmedabad, designed by Benoy for developer Safal Constructions. The 80,000m² scheme integrates two distinct components on a single site: Privilon, comprising retail and office towers, and Paarijat Éclat, two residential towers of 22 storeys each offering luxury 4BHK apartments. The towers share three common basement levels but maintain separate entrances, preserving a clear identity for each use while functioning as a unified development.

Luxury residential and commercial towers in dialogue with Ahmedabad’s architectural heritage
The design strategy works with volumes and proportions to break down the overall mass into smaller, human-scale components, reducing the visual weight of the towers and creating a complementary formal language between the commercial and residential elements. Exposed concrete is the defining material, chosen in deliberate reference to Ahmedabad’s exceptional tradition of concrete craftsmanship. The city’s architectural identity has been shaped by the work of Le Corbusier, Louis Kahn, and Balkrishna Doshi, whose pioneering use of raw concrete established a regional architectural legacy that the project acknowledges and continues.
