Combining architecture, interiors and landscape design, we were tasked with crafting a luxury residential concept that harmoniously blends nature with an elevated lifestyle offer and extensive amenities in Gurugram, India.
Set across two elegant cruciform towers, the scheme includes 268 spacious three-bedroom apartments. We refined the floorplates to maximise daylight and provide multi-aspect apartments with deep balconies, enabling cross-ventilation and panoramic views.
Drawing inspiration from the peacock, India’s royal bird, and the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, our design positions the landscape as the centrepiece of the development, with two residential high-rise towers seemingly growing out of the shared podium and taking in views of the surrounding golf courses and hills.
To imbue the landscape with a sense of curiosity and discovery, we designed the garden spaces to flow organically, mimicking the delicate arcs and fanning shapes of peacock feathers, while curved pathways and sweeping lines choreograph journeys through the landscape.
Conscient Elaira is a holistic residence that weaves connections to nature, light and wellbeing through every space. The development is currently on site, and the apartments have been launched on the market.
