Challenge

A bold wayfinding system that provides character and strength to create an aspirational university environment.

Solution

A new library and academic centre in the heart of Greenwich, South East London, required a sign system to support navigation within large interior spaces. The system also had to help create an aspirational building for staff and students. Taking inspiration from the colour palettes of Swiss-French architect, Le Corbusier, we created a range of dynamic graphic forms that enabled each design element to respond directly to its architectural surroundings. Our signs also provide solidity and strength, resonating with the building’s robust construction materials, while helping to increase visibility and footfall. A bold wayfinding system for this striking new building.
