Challenge

Designed for Elan Group, this luxury residential development across 6.5 acres in Sector 49 brings five 42-storey towers to one of Gurugram’s most established residential corridors. 

Solution

Inspired by a precious stone 

From a distance, the development evokes the facets of a white gold jewel with each of the five towers set at a different angle to mimic the shifting faces of a gemstone. A palette of gold and titanium white is articulated through soaring panels and fins that create the optical impression of towers rising without limit. Thin columns of latticework in the traditional jali pattern articulate the façade, while horizontal elements in titanium draw attention to the detailing. The angularity of the towers contrasts with the curved canopy of the clubhouse – a rolling form that mediates between the linear architecture and landscaped gardens below.

Result

A room with a view 

Residents enter through the triple-height clubhouse offering a full range of amenities from an infinity pool to a cinema, set within a rolling garden. Identical floorplates across all five towers give every residence a unique view and each tower’s internal courtyard. Double-glazed windows, air-conditioning and soundproofing ensure comfort and privacy throughout, with double-height balconies providing each apartment with a generous outdoor space.
