The AIPL Autograph campus is a cluster of three towers on a 5.57-acre site, with Grade A offices alongside ground-level retail and dining. The scheme has IGBC Platinum pre-certification and a GRIHA 4-Star sustainability rating.

The three towers are arranged to embrace a 55m-wide landscaped central lawn that operates as both an amenity for building occupants and an open public space for the wider Sector 66 community, addressing a shortage of open green space in the surrounding area. The towers are connected by upper-level bridges and a continuous ground floor of retail and food and beverage, drawing pedestrian movement through the site rather than around it. The composition responds to an irregular site geometry and tight ingress and egress from the main road by holding the public realm on the inside of the block, where the lawn and connecting piazza take on the work of arrival.

Floor plates and amenities calibrated for IT and corporate occupiers
Office floor plates are sized between 409 and 1,022m2 to suit IT and corporate occupiers, with options for larger contiguous floors. An 1,858m2 triple-height entrance lobby gives the campus a clear front door at the scale of the boulevard, and the Autograph Executive Club on the roof of Tower 2 offers a lap pool, gymnasium and clubhouse for tenant use and corporate events. Material and façade decisions hold the towers as a clean, restrained geometric composition against the busier rhythm of the surrounding sector.
