The unconventional layout, spanning two adjacent buildings, presented significant challenges in leveling and operational logistics. Additionally, integrating a spacious patio in the common area necessitated careful evaluation and compliance with alcohol license regulations.
A unifying storefront statement encompasses the patio and dining area, executed with bold finishes, prominent illuminated signage, a display of beer kegs, and screens showcasing sports events. Also, large stadium lighting enhances the atmosphere, creating an engaging ambiance.
The design concept incorporated elements inspired by the interior of a sports stadium. Warm wood accents on the walls and butcher block tables contrast with metal textures over concrete finishes, framing decorative elements such as sports memorabilia, team pennants, and large-scale photographs of iconic stadiums.
