Benoy wins two BUILD Architecture awards

Benoy has won two BUILD Architecture awards: Most Innovative Architectural Design & Master Planning Firm 2021 and Best Residential Redevelopment Project (Berkshire): Peach Place Redevelopment.
Our work at Peach Place as part of the Wokingham Town Centre Redevelopment saw us reimagine the town centre as a thriving destination for commerce and urban living with a significant quantum of residential across two mixed-use developments at Peach Place and Elms Field, alongside modern retail formats, F&B and leisure.
The award follows us also winning the Royal Town Planning Institute’s award for‘Excellence in Planning for a Successful Economy’ and being shortlisted as a finalist for the ULI Europe Awards for Excellence for the project.
