Global promotions
Recent promotions across Benoy reflect the depth of talent and ambition within our global team. We congratulate each of our colleagues on this well-earned step forward in their careers.
UK Studios
In London, Ami Nigam has been appointed Global Head of Design AI & Technology. He will continue to lead Benoy’s work at the intersection of AI and design, exploring how technology can enhance both ideation and delivery processes. Joining the London leadership, Jahnavi Bhatt has been promoted to Associate Director, strengthening the creative capabilities of the Masterplanning team.
In Newark, Ian Carrington and Terry Yeung have both been promoted to Associate Directors, where they will continue to shape and strengthen the firm’s architectural practice in the UK.

Shanghai Studio
Bo Shi and Louise Ma have been promoted to Senior Associate Directors, with Louise leading the studio’s Interior Design team. Additionally, Xianbin Ni and Ke Xu have both stepped up to Associate Directors, deepening the senior expertise within the studio.
