Benoy project Bahrain Marina takes shape on site

Our client, Bahrain Marina Development Company, has announced that Phase One of the landmark waterfront destination is now 75% complete, with the project on track for handover in late 2026.

Occupying a prime position along the eastern shoreline of Manama, Bahrain Marina spans more than 250,000 square metres, transforming the city’s coastline into an integrated urban resort. Once complete, the development will feature freehold luxury residences, a five-star hotel, a world-class yacht marina, a premium marine club, generous green spaces, and a vibrant retail and dining promenade.

Blending waterfront leisure, refined living and dynamic commercial experiences, Bahrain Marina is set to redefine contemporary coastal living in the region and stand as a new benchmark for design-led waterfront destinations.
