Transforming the former Cross Street Exchange, the 14,000 sqm development combines a four-storey podium and 15-storey Grade A office tower that harmonises with the adjacent heritage shophouses, creating a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly hub in Singapore’s CBD.
With Green Mark and WELL Platinum certifications, energy-efficient systems, biophilic design and EV infrastructure, 18 Cross sets a new benchmark for sustainable urban regeneration.
