Unanimous planning permission secured for Benoy’s £500m mixed-use UK project Brentford Works

Benoy is proud to announce that Brentford Works, a transformative new £500 million mixed-use development in East Brentford, has officially received planning permission.

Benoy is lead designer on the scheme which was brought forward by Areli Group and Tikehau Capital.

Set within a previously isolated site along the Great West Road, Brentford Works reimagines the area as a progressive ​‘live-work-make’ community, championing sustainable, inclusive urban regeneration that is deeply rooted in local identity and driven by community engagement.

The scheme introduces a vibrant economic and cultural hub anchored by a new public square, affordable housing, and flexible workspaces – designed to bring people together, foster connection, and generate local employment.
