We’re excited to welcome Pam McCarthy to Benoy as Director, Aviation Strategy.
Pam’s appointment underpins our dedication to fostering a visionary approach and delivering dynamic commercially intelligent solutions within the aviation sector. Pam brings a sharp analytical lens and a visionary mindset to complex operational challenges — transforming airport environments to deliver enhanced revenue-generating ecosystems – driving both shareholder value and passenger experience success. Pam is driven by a passion for strategic innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and creating spaces that balance commercial ambition with customer delight. She thrives in high-stakes environments and is recognised for her ability to turn complexity into clarity.
With over 25 years of experience in commercial strategy, contracting, and negotiations, Pam brings deep industry insight from leadership roles at some of the world’s largest airports including Dubai, Heathrow, and Gatwick. Most recently, she served as Business Development Director at WHSmith Travel Retail, overseeing major airport deals and operations.
Pam is a proven leader in commercial strategy, pricing optimisation, operational excellence, and value creation. At Benoy, she will spearhead our Aviation Strategy team — driving growth, defining strategic initiatives, and strengthening trusted partnerships with a client group that includes Heathrow Airport, Bangalore International Airport, La Guardia Airport Partners and Dubai Airports amongst others.
Pam’s arrival follows the creation of Benoy’s Strategy team after the integration of Pragma into Benoy earlier this year. The move has seen us bring together and clarify two complimentary strengths that have always sat at the heart of our business — strategic commercial insight and innovative design thinking. Together, we offer a multidisciplinary team that provides the highest calibre of expertise in market analysis, insight, commercial strategy and design excellence.
