Jemima Scott speaks at The Airport F&B + Hospitality Conference & Awards (FAB) 2025

Jemima Scott recently spoke on the panel ​‘The Great Indian Opportunity’ at The Airport F&B + Hospitality Conference & Awards (FAB) in Barcelona. 

The panel explored how the market is harnessing India’s economic growth and the modernisation of aviation infrastructure. Jemima presented an overview of the Indian market outlook and discussed the rise in Indian airport privatisation. 

She explored some of the latest passenger trends, from our latest pulse survey results, and presented some examples of what other airports around the world are doing to create more experiential F&B offerings.
