We are proud to announce that the Benoy Singapore Studio has been awarded WELL Certification at the Gold level by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) — a prestigious recognition of our commitment to health, wellbeing, and workplace excellence.
Designed for wellbeing
The interiors were designed by Benoy’s interior designers and landscape architects, who collaborated to create a wellness-led, people-centric workspace that supports both focus and collaboration.
Meeting the highest standards
As part of the rigorous evaluation process, the Studio was assessed across ten key categories: Air, Water, Nourishment, Light, Movement, Thermal Comfort, Sound, Materials, Mind, and Community.
The Studio incorporates thoughtful features — from air and water quality to biophilia, acoustic zoning, lighting, and ergonomics. Each decision was made to enhance employee wellbeing and performance.
Space that works for people
Spanning 536 sqm and accommodating close to 40 team members, the Studio offers a generous 15 sqm of personal space per user. It incorporates agile work strategies, dedicated wellness areas for yoga and informal engagement, and abundant greenery, with over 570 plants placed throughout the Studio.
