We are delighted to present The Mural by Beyond Developments, a luxury residential scheme in Dubai that redefines the relationship between nature and urban design. Benoy delivered the architecture and interior design for this 36-storey tower, comprising one, two and three bedroom apartments, duplexes, maisonettes, and a penthouse.
The concept was centred around‘living in paradise’. We took inspiration from nature, incorporating biophilia to create a seamless transition from outside to inside and conveying a sense of timelessness. The apartments are meticulously crafted to create a balance of modern luxury and comfort, with full height glazing which maximises light and amplifies the open plan living spaces. Terraces offer privacy and relaxation to enjoy the spectacular views.
The exceptional amenities boast refined luxury, with well-being facilities including an infinity pool, outdoor yoga spaces, fitness studios and sky terrace with plunge pool.
