Benoy will be hosting a roundtable at the ICSC+CENTERBUILD, taking place from December 3rd to December 6th in Phoenix, USA.
The session, titled “Retailing the Architecture – Bringing Brands to Life at Ground Level within Mixed-Use Developments,” will delve into best practices for enabling retail tenants to express their brand identity at the base of mixed-use projects or outdoor centers.
The discussion will address the challenges tenants face at the ground level, where architectural elements often limit the ability to showcase their brand effectively. The session will explore how storefronts can be incorporated into the base building design in ways that allow tenants to meaningfully express their brand and products. Topics such as storefront configurations, tenant signage, and the balance between tenant and landlord surfaces will be discussed, with a focus on creating vibrant and impactful tenant expression beyond the lease line.
The roundtable will be hosted by Frank Di Niro, Design Director at Benoy’s Montréal office.
