Benoy’s Lingang Open Zone Station TOD project has won the WAFX Awards in the Smart Cities category, celebrating a new milestone for our team.
The WAFX Awards honour international architects who shape a better built environment across 11 categories, including aging, health, and smart cities. Winners are selected from the 2024 World Architecture Festival (WAF) Future Project finalists.
At the heart of the Lingang Open Zone Station TOD project, Benoy’s innovative urban development stands out for its innovative urban development, featuring a vibrant mixed-use hub that integrates transportation, commerce, and public space, serving as a vital connection point for the region.
