Benoy Supports ULI Hong Kong Mentorship Programme at CUHK

Cultivating Tomorrow’s Leaders Through Collaborative Initiatives

Collaborations between industry experts and educational institutions play a pivotal role in fostering the potential of future talent.

Benoy proudly supports the Mentorship Programme organised by ULI Hong Kong in collaboration with the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), actively contributing to the growth and development of future leaders.

Dynamic Engagement at the Mentorship Programme

The Mentorship Programme, held on January 18th, served as a dynamic platform that brought together industry leaders and CUHK students. Teri Tsang, Benoy Director and Hong Kong Studio Lead, played an integral role in the half-day programme as a mentor, sharing valuable insights and advice with the students.

Inclusive Participation and Insightful Discussions

The Mentorship Programme attracted a diverse cohort of 80 students, comprising both Masters in Real Estate (MRE) and Undergraduates in Hospitality and Real Estate. The programme also welcomed a select group of MRE alumni.

Through intimate and interactive group discussions, students had a unique opportunity to delve into the real-world practices in their chosen or relevant industries, engaging in conversations, asking questions, and seeking guidance from mentors to gain a clearer understanding of their career paths. This dynamic exchange of ideas benefited both mentors and students as they shared experiences, expertise, and gained fresh perspectives.

Dedication to Cultivating Upcoming Industry Leaders

Benoy is grateful to ULI Hong Kong for providing this invaluable opportunity to engage with and nurture the future talent of the industry. Committed to the growth and development of young professionals, Benoy recognises the profound impact of mentorship in shaping the careers of aspiring individuals.

As industry leaders, it is our responsibility to contribute to the advancement of the next generation by sharing knowledge, experiences, and guidance.
