Teri Tsang to moderate Panel Discussion on Multi-Generational Spaces at ULI APAC Summit 2023

We are pleased to share that Teri Tsang, Director and Hong Kong Studio Lead at Benoy, will be moderating the Placemaking Forum Panel Discussion on Multi-Generational Spaces at the upcoming ULI APAC Summit 2023.

With nearly two decades of professional experience in the West and Asia Pacific, Teri has a deep understanding of local and global nuances, and a wealth of experience in designing spaces for diverse communities. Her expertise in architecture and urban design and deep understanding of humancentric spaces result in revolutionary projects which deliver social, environmental and economic benefits to some of the region’s iconic developments, in partnership with clients such as Hongkong Land, Alibaba Group, Ayala Corporation, SM Group and China Resources Land.

The Multi-Generational Spaces panel discussion will take place on 30th May at the Ritz Carlton Singapore. It will focus on reimagining Asian cities to create inclusive public spaces that cater to the varying needs of families across generations. The forum will also delve into how placekeeping and placemaking can revitalize communities through social, environmental, and financial value.

The panelists joining Teri are Dr. Emi Kiyota, Deputy Executive Director of the Centre for Population Health at the National University of Singapore; Albert Chan, Director of Development Planning and Design at Shui On Land; and Seah Chee Huang, CEO of DP Architects. 

With their collective expertise, this exciting panel will explore how urban design can be tailored to better serve multi-generational families and promote greater inclusivity in public spaces.
