We are delighted to announce the launch of the OSUS Office Tower scheme, in Riyadh KSA.
The OSUS Tower will deliver an exciting new workplace destination, where visitors will be able to access premium office space alongside world class retail and F&B. Sitting on the King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Road, the tower will deliver up to 25 stories of Grade A office space. Parking will be provided via a 14,000 m² basement.
Key features of the new scheme will include a ground-breaking sky garden with viewing platform and green terrace with far-reaching views of the Riyadh skyline.
