Benoy attended the 2023 ULI Philippines Conference last week, which saw more than 120 industry experts, thought leaders, private developers and public sector stakeholders and innovators showcasing innovative projects regionally and locally, market trends and investment opportunities, and how to factor in sustainable and inclusive practices in development.
Delegates included senior executives and leaders from the private, public and academia in the real estate industry, such as developers, architects, masterplanners, planning officials, investors, occupiers, service providers from the Philippines and across the globe.
Pertinent themes discussed included how to achieve the infrastructure demands of the country while meeting targets of ESG and inclusive growth.
Teri Tsang, Director and HK Studio Lead, Maybelyne Ng, Head of Marketing and Communications APAC, and Samuele Martelli, Senior Associate Director, attended the Conference, study tour and Leadership Dinner, and attended meetings and discussions with new and existing clients, partners and collaborators over the activity-packed week.
Senior delegates included public and private sector representatives from the Department of Trade and Industry, Department of Budget and Management, Metro Pacific Investment Corporation, International Finance Corporation, ESCA Engineering, NEO and others.
