Benoy hosts ULI NEXT kick-off meeting at HK Studio

Benoy had the pleasure to host the first ULI NEXT Hong Kong kick-off meeting last week at our Hong Kong Studio.

ULI NEXT Hong Kong, launched in 2022, is a distinct membership group of mid-career members between the age of 35 – 45 years. It aims to undertake impactful and actionable projects that empower community groups (including students and young talent) and create opportunities for the next generation of leaders to give back to the community and the real estate industry.

It was an evening filled with meaningful insights and interesting discussions around leading actionable projects with a meaningful cause, such as rejuvenating existing assets, working towards sustainability, and giving back to the wider community.

Benoy’s Gregory Kovacs, Design Director, and Maybelyne Ng, Head of Marketing & Communications, APAC, joined the meeting together with the newly established membership group from various arms of the industry, including property development, investment management, asset management, design and more.

The event started with lively networking amongst the members, followed by the roundtable discussion, self-introduction and best practice sharing of previous and current projects such as a pilot workshop project with CUHK Master of Real Estate students.

Benoy looks forward to more collaborations with ULI NEXT Hong Kong as well as other industry stakeholders to engage in meaningful interactions and support to the industry and the community we live in.

We thank ULI NEXT for bringing together like-minded individuals, and co-chairs Douglas Wu of Fairland Holdings and Yuichi Takahashi of Crane Capital for leading this meaningful platform.
