Benoy project Forum Mall, Prestige Falcon City launches

The Forum Mall, Prestige Falcon City project has recently launched in Bangalore, India. 

Benoy was commissioned by Prestige Estates to deliver Masterplanning, Exterior and Interior Design on the project. They created a neutral but dramatic environment, taking inspiration from Bangalore’s reputation as India’s ​‘Garden City’. This concept was achieved through creating dappled light, natural landscaping, timber canopies and creative planting. 

The Forum Mall is a 1.1 million sq.ft leisure and retail space that sits within the Khoday Brewery development, part of a wider regeneration masterplan. It includes variety of well-known retail brands, restaurants, a cinema, an auditorium, and a rooftop food court.
