The 2022 MIPIM Asia Summit was held on 6 – 7 December at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, where top-level Asian real estate professionals from all sectors gathered to build partnerships, gain industry insights, and celebrate the most outstanding projects across APAC.
The keynotes and panel discussions across the 2‑day conference delivered insightful knowledge on how the real estate industry is propelling forward, covering topics from ESG, investment and development trends.
On behalf of Benoy, Gregory Kovacs, Design Director, Teri Tsang, Director, Hong Kong Studio Lead and Maybelyne Ng, Head of Marketing & Communication, APAC, attended the conference. It was a pleasure to meet all guests, stakeholders, keynote speakers and panellists in person.
At the MIPIM Asia 2022 Awards Gala Dinner on 7 December, Benoy was awarded Mangoohub – Gold Award for Best Office Development.
Qin Pang, Director and Head of Shanghai Studio commented, “West Bund Media Port, as the pilot project of Xuhui Riverside development and construction, one of the six key construction areas in Shanghai’s” 12th Five-Year Plan “, put forward the idea of multi-dimensional construction at the beginning of the planning, emphasizing urban public space friendly to pedestrians and with convenient transportation, as well as the multi-dimensional urban concept of interconnection.
