Benoy and Uncommon Land participate in SPACE APAC 2022 in Singapore

Benoy and Uncommon Land were proud to support SPACE APAC, a full-day conference held on 17 November in Singapore.

SPACE APAC is Asia Pacific’s most progressive property event, with interactive discussions and roundtables focused on human-centric real estate, covering themes including Future Workplace, Sustainability, Placemaking and Technology.

Over 100 senior executives from property developers, asset owners, investors and occupiers attended the event, including CapitaLand, Singapore Land, Lendlease, Frasers, City Developments Ltd, Pontiac Land, Brigade Group, PAG, Gaw Capital Partners, PGIM Real Estate, Microsoft, Novartis, Standard Chartered, Nomura, LinkedIn, The Great Room and others.

Terence Seah, Director and Head of Hong Kong, Singapore and Shenzhen hosted a roundtable discussion on Urban Renewal & Placemaking”, with over 20 participants including Frasers, Lendlease, CapitaLand, CDL, Resorts World Sentosa, Live Nation and others. 

Together with Andy Nicholson of PAG, Esther An of CDL and Austin Chandrasekaran of Lendlease, the group discussed how developers and landlords create better urban environments, collaborating with relevant stakeholders while utilizing data and value metrics.

Benoy and UncommonLand leadership team attended the event, represented by Terence Seah, Azaria Lee, Rayvees Goh, Samuele Martelli and Maybelyne Ng, with a dedicated Benoy-branded meeting space to converse with clients and guests.

The team was able to connect with clients and delegates at the various networking coffees, lunch break and drinks reception held throughout the day.
