Benoy bags multiple wins at 2022 – 2023 Asia Pacific Property Awards Ceremony held in London

Benoy were recently honoured at the 2022 – 2023 Asia Pacific Property Awards Ceremony for three projects across APAC. Benoy competed against the best property professionals across the Asia Pacific regions to be recognised in the mixed-use, redevelopment and commercial renovation categories.

The three winning projects include:

  • David Jones Elizabeth Street Flagship Store – Award Winner, Commercial Renovation / Redevelopment for Australia
  • Alibaba Central China Headquarters and Industrial Complex – Award Winner, Mixed Use Architecture for Hubei Province, China
  • Hanoi Mall – Award Winner, Mixed Use Architecture for Vietnam


Christina Dahdaleh, Middle East Territory Manager at Benoy, attended the awards ceremony held at the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane, Piccadilly London and accepted the awards for the winning projects. The full day event comprised of panel sessions, discussions and award presentations, as well as networking sessions and the evening Gala Dinner.

The Asia Pacific Property Awards are the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognised programme throughout the regions. The Asia Pacific Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts, focusing on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability. 

The Awards are in their 29th year and cover over 45 different residential and commercial categories. Regional heats are staged for Arabia, Europe, Africa, Canada, Central & South America, the Caribbean, USA, UK and Asia Pacific. The top winners in each region will automatically be entered in to the overall international awards, culminating in a glittering awards ceremony at the end of the year.
