Claire Stephens joins Benoy sister business Pragma Consulting as workplace strategist

Benoy’s sister business, Pragma Consulting, has announced the appointment of Claire Stephens as a new Director in the Pragma team. Recognised as an expert in the built environment, particularly corporate and commercial real estate, Claire will spearhead Pragma and Benoy’s new workplace offering.

A business consultant and strategist with extensive global experience, Claire has worked with multiple multinational companies, facilitating business growth and advising on how real estate can enable new business strategies. With an emphasis on an integrated and holistic approach, she has proved central to the engagement of key stakeholders, projects and facilities teams to achieve efficiencies and game-changing outcomes both on a business and human level.

Prior to joining Pragma, Claire was Director, Strategic Consulting Greater China for Gensler, where she grew a scope of services from primarily space planning and programming for interiors to full lifecycle occupancy and integrated innovation and digital services.

With long-standing experience working in the Asia-Pacific region, Claire will now be based in London but will leverage her extensive knowledge of those markets to facilitate Pragma’s growth in both the workplace sector and Asia-Pacific geography. In responding to our client’s increased interest in developing appropriate workplace and real estate strategies for the post-pandemic environment, we are excited to be enhancing our capabilities to address the market challenges in this space.
