Benoy proclaimed Five Star’ Winner at 2021 – 2022 Asia Pacific Property Awards

Earlier this year, Benoy garnered top awards across 3 main categories at the prestigious 2021 – 2022 Asia Pacific Property Awards, including:

Alibaba Jiangsu Headquarters in Nanjing, China for the Mixed Use Architecture category, China and Wenzhou InCity MEGA for the Retail Architecture category, China. For the digital marketing category, Benoy also took home the Architect Website award for www.benoy.com.

At the Red Carpet Virtual Ceremony held on 28th May, Alibaba Jiangsu Headquarters and the Benoy website were proclaimed as Five Star’ Winners, the highest distinction in their respective country categories.

Earning the highest points, the Benoy website is now shortlisted for the top award in APAC and will have the chance to compete in the 2021 – 2022 International Property Awards with other global winners in its category.

Terence Seah, Head of Hong Kong, Singapore and Shenzhen, and Qin Pang, Head of Shanghai, were both honored to accept these distinctions for Benoy in APAC.

Terence Seah said:
Our mission has always been to design spaces and places that enrich human interaction. Throughout the years and in all our projects globally, we transform the world we live in through design, and deliver social, environmental and economic success for our clients and communities. Going forward, we plan to continue creating value through great design, to satisfy the triple bottom line of planet, people and prosperity’.”

Qin Pang commented:
There are many people we would like to thank in our journey towards these accomplishments. Of course, we thank our clients for their trust and collaboration, and also our many partners. Most importantly, we would like to thank all the team members. Our teams work tremendously hard to break existing design boundaries to reach the next level of retail design. Finally, we are grateful to the judging panel for this great recognition. Thank you all.”
