As part of Benoy’s 2021 growth strategy in APAC, we are pleased to announce the promotion of Paul McKay to Senior Associate Director. Paul will work closely with Terence Seah, Head of Hong Kong, Singapore and Shenzhen, and Steve Barnes, Director of Interiors, across the Shenzhen and Hong Kong studios.
In his expanded role, Paul will help grow the Shenzhen studio as a design hub and develop technical, design and project delivery capability within the team. Focused on promoting Benoy’s service offerings in the Greater Bay Area, he will ensure exceptional client service and identify new opportunities for cross-border collaboration.
Paul will continue to work closely with the Interior Design team in Hong Kong, overseeing project management, operations and pipeline development.

Paul joined Benoy in 2019 and has been based in Shenzhen since 2012. Having studied and practiced in the UK and Asia, he is an experienced and multi-awarded interior designer and architect, with a significant portfolio of projects in China, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, Korea and the US. Paul is fluent in English and Mandarin, and facilitates close coordination with clients across the region.
