Matthew had this to say,

The leveraging of data from our existing commercial complex’s as seen with Turing’s smart robots and the IOT sensors of iDRC, will in the future, enable us as architects to analyze opportunities for refining of space, adding efficiencies in flow of people and increased value for tenants based upon positional strategies – however as we embrace these new technologies, we must remember to balance commercial interests with creating great spaces for people to inhabit.”
