Benoy project INTU Broadmarsh starts to take shape

Benoy’s Newark studio were this week able to see for themselves how work is progressing on site at INTU Broadmarsh in Nottingham.

Benoy was appointed as architect and masterplanner on the 53,000 m² retail space, and our designs have focussed on reimagining the centre, with a view to it becoming a new and revitalised shopping hub for Nottingham. We have now been on site for 13 months and the project is due for completion in Summer 2021.

On this occasion, the team were accompanied by architecture students from the University of Nottingham, Nottingham Trent University and the University of Lincoln as part of our involvement in the RIBA East Midlands Mentoring Scheme.
