Tom Cartledge joins jury of the 2020 ULI Europe Awards for Excellence

Tom Cartledge, CEO of Handley House, the design group encompassing Benoy, Holmes Wood and Uncommon Land, will be a judge of this year’s Europe Awards for Excellence organised by the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

A guiding principle of the ULI is that the achievement of excellence in land use practice should be recognised and rewarded. In accordance with this, the ULI initiated the Global Awards for Excellence programme in 1979 to recognise truly superior development efforts in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. The Europe awards recognise outstanding urban development projects located in the EMEA countries.

The jury, which consists of ULI members, are recognised leaders who represent a broad geographic diversity and many areas of real estate development expertise, including finance, land planning and development, public affairs, design, and professional services.

The winners will be announced at a ceremony in Vienna on 8 June 2020.
