Benoy has been featured in an article in the latest edition of PRC (Pacific Rim Construction) Magazine, a leading architecture publication that provides visibility of iconic projects in Asia. The article on Benoy highlights our significant role in the regeneration of a site in the historic Chinese city of Ningbo.
In particular, we are redeveloping the Sino Ocean Baisha retail street. By blending past and present, we intend to revitalise the district while remaining faithful to Ningbo’s tremendous heritage. Our masterplan envisages a multi-faceted development that preserves the original buildings in the district while bringing new commercial value to ensure the long-term viability of the area. Moreover, the project has been shortlisted for an award at the prestigious World Architecture Festival.
