Ajdan Walk has won ‘Retail Project Award – Future’ at the Cityscape Awards 2018.
Benoy’s scheme, Ajdan Walk has picked up the gold award at this year’s annual Cityscape Awards for Emerging Markets. Celebrating excellence in real estate development and architecture, Ajdan Walk has been recognized within the ‘Retail Project Awards – Future’ category.
“We are delighted that Benoy’s scheme, Ajdan Walk has won at the Cityscape Awards 2018. Ajdan Walk will bring a new typology to Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia; with dynamic structures, carefully curated landscaping and seamless pedestrian flow, the development will engage and excite both residents and visitors, successfully creating a communal urban oasis,” said Jamie Webb, Head of EMEA at Benoy.
The winners’ announcement took place on Tuesday 2 October at the InterContinental Dubai Festival City.
Benoy’s project, Tahlia Street also in Saudi Arabia, was recognized at the Cityscape Awards 2018.
