Two Benoy schemes, Ajdan Walk, Al Khobar, KSA and Tahlia Street Mall, Riyadh, KSA have been shortlisted for the Retail Project Awards (Future) at the Cityscape Awards this year.
Ajdan Walk: A mixed-use destination with an exciting visual language that focuses on the retail and an F&B offering. It will see a range of concepts come into play through detailed architecture, a rich material palette and a culturally relevant design.
Tahlia Street Mall: This luxury development is located on Tahlia Street, in the heart of one of Riyadh’s most active and vibrant streets. The scheme will serve the local community, providing new and innovative F&B concepts, supported by boutique retail offers.
About the Cityscape Awards
This year is the 15th annual Cityscape Awards for Emerging Markets and will celebrate excellence in real estate development and architecture. Covering a range of categories, the awards offer international architects and leading real estate developers a platform to collaborate and share their vision of the future, from culturally integrated city skylines to sustainable urban communities.
The winners’ announcement will take place on Tuesday 2 October at the InterContinental Dubai Festival City.
